Recorded modules explain the concepts. Live sessions handle the questions.
A video can only anticipate so many situations. Live sessions exist because real weeks are messy: a race gets moved up, a work trip disrupts a routine, hydration habits fall apart during a heat wave. These calls are where general concepts get applied to whatever is actually happening.
A short recap, then open floor for questions.
Each live session opens with a brief recap tied to that week's module, roughly ten minutes, before moving into open questions. Nobody is required to have their camera on. Text-based questions are read aloud by the host if someone would rather not speak.
Sessions run through a standard video call link sent by email after signup. A replay is posted to the module library within two business days for anyone who could not attend live.
