Keeping nutrition education general, practical and easy to actually use.

A lot of nutrition content online swings between two extremes: overly clinical language on one side, and rigid diet plans on the other. Neither fits someone who just wants to run three times a week, get to the gym after work, and eat in a way that supports that without overthinking it.

Where this course came from

Built by people who kept getting the same questions.

The material behind Raxewe started as a set of recurring questions from recreational runners, weekend gym-goers and people training for a first event: when should I eat before this, how much water is actually enough, why do I feel wrecked by 3pm on a work day. Instead of answering each one individually, the team organized the recurring themes into a structured course.

Every module is reviewed for plain language before it goes live. If a sentence needs a footnote to explain a term, it gets rewritten. That review step is repeated for each new module before it is added to the course library.

What we deliberately leave out

Three boundaries we hold on purpose.

Some choices about what not to include shape this course as much as what is covered. Each boundary below exists because of a specific problem it prevents.

No named diets

Naming a specific eating pattern tends to encourage rigid rule-following instead of building judgment. This course avoids that entirely, in every module and worksheet.

No clinical or medical advice

Questions about a diagnosed condition, medication interaction or personal medical history are outside what a general course can responsibly answer, so they are directed elsewhere.

No individualized plans

Content stays general on purpose. A worksheet you adapt yourself is more durable than a rigid personal plan built around one week of your life.

No overstated outcomes

This course describes habits and concepts. It does not promise a particular result from following them, because individual circumstances vary too widely for that kind of claim.

How updates happen

Modules get revisited, not left static.

Course content is reviewed on a rolling basis. When a section of a module gets asked about repeatedly during live sessions, that's a signal it needs clearer wording or an added example, not necessarily new information. Small revisions are more common than complete rewrites.

Feedback from live sessions feeds directly back into the recorded modules. If several people ask about the same hydration scenario in one week, that scenario often becomes a short addition to Module 2 the following month.
